Email lokireddy.apps@gmail.com. Include the app name, your device (iPhone or Apple Watch model and OS version) and, if it helps, a screenshot. Replies come from the developer, usually within a few days. In iWatch PDF you can also use the in-app chat from Settings.

Which account do I use on iwatchly.com? The same Apple or Google account you use in the app. Signing in on the web does not create a new account.

I signed in but my documents are not there. You are probably signed in with a different provider than in the app (Apple in one, Google in the other). Sign out and use the same one. If you hid your email with Apple, your account is under the private relay address shown in the app's Account screen.

How do I delete my account? In iWatch Videos 3.0 or later, open Account and choose Delete account. It shows what each app holds, asks you to sign in again, then deletes your iWatchly account itself together with your iWatch PDF documents and your iWatch Videos library and media. You can also email lokireddy.apps@gmail.com from the address on your account. iWatch PDF does not have its own delete button yet. Deleting does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your Apple ID settings first.

Where do I buy or cancel Pro? In the iPhone app, through the App Store. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. The website shows your plan but does not sell anything.

I bought Pro but the app says Free. Open the app, go to Settings and choose Restore Purchases. On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

A document does not appear on my Watch. Open the app on the Watch and pull down to refresh, and make sure the Watch has Wi-Fi or is near the iPhone. Large documents take a minute to render.

Ask this PDF or Test Yourself says my allowance is used up. The monthly allowance resets on the first of the month; the Usage page shows the remainder. Reading, search and retaking an existing quiz never use it.

Sharing says the person was not found. Share to the email shown on their Account screen, which for Apple users who hid their email is a privaterelay address.

A file will not transfer to the Watch. Keep the iPhone app open during the first transfer and make sure the Watch has storage free. Large videos are re-encoded for the Watch first, which can take several minutes.

Playback stops when the phone is out of range. Only files fully downloaded to the Watch play without the iPhone; check the item shows as on the Watch before leaving.

Where did my library go after updating? The update moves it into your account on first launch. If you skipped sign-in, sign in from Settings and the library is attached to that account.
